Terms and Conditions
1. Service Description. D.O.N.U.T provides a web-based platform for managing off-duty police officer scheduling, site management, and invoice generation. The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
2. Account Responsibility. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Data & Privacy. We store officer information, shift data, and billing records necessary to provide the service. We do not share your data with third parties except as required by law.
4. Payment Terms. After the 7-day free trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Monthly plans are billed at $500/month. Annual plans are billed at $5000/year. All fees are non-refundable.
5. Termination. Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days before permanent deletion.
6. Limitation of Liability. D.O.N.U.T shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this service.
